• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), project description, budget range, page and campaign parameters. Purpose: respond to your enquiry and follow up commercially. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information, used for security (spam and abuse prevention) and anonymous audience measurement. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Analytics and cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly measurement tool that does not use cookies and does not track visitors across sites. A functional cookie stores your language preference. No advertising cookies are set.

Where your data goes

Enquiries are stored in our internal customer relationship tool and may be processed by our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.). We do not sell or rent personal data.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 3 years after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and request portability. Write to contact@granguscorp.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
